Do you offer discounts?

We sure do! The discounts below will automatically be applied to any qualifying order:

Free domestic shipping for orders of $30+!

5% discount on orders $50+
10% discount on orders $100+
15% discount on orders $125+

Please note that the above discounts cannot be combined with a discount code.

All Things Shipping:

We do our best to get all orders out within 2 business days.  Should you need your order right away, please contact us at Deb@guerrillacharm.com directly to let us know!

All orders are shipped with tracking, which normally runs $4-5 minimum for first-class.  We do offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, should you need your order sooner.

If your order is marked as delivered, but it has not yet been received, please keep in mind that USPS tends to mark packages as delivered but then actually deliver them up to 3 business days later.

Do you accept returns or provide refunds?

Returns must be requested via email at Deb@guerrillacharm.com, within 7 days of package delivery, and returned within 30 days.  All items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please contact us for the return address and to make arrangements for a return.

Do your items tarnish?

Only certain precious metals and stainless steel do not tarnish.  All other metals, including charms and chains that we carry, may tarnish over time.  Exposure to water, perfume, and humidity may speed up that process.
